We create an inspiring onboarding program intended to help you quickly to become integrated into your new role, team and the Weibel family. This includes a “Welcome to Weibel” day for newcomers and an on-the-job training program.

At Weibel, we highly value social relationship among our employees, networking across functions and having fun together. Collaboration is so much easier when we know each other from more than our professional role.

Our newcomers are highly encouraged to join our staff club, which provides cultural and social activities outside of work.

Another activity is our “Friday bar”, where we celebrate when Weibel’s management announces major successes and achievements. The “Friday bar” is normally very popular and a good place also to meet and socialize with colleagues from other departments.
