Scott McGleish joins Weibel as President & General Manager in North America

Ever since Weibel was founded in 1977, the U.S. has been our biggest market by far, and remains very close to our hearts. Weibel has a clear strategy to strengthen our presence in the North America and Scott will lead all aspects of Weibel ambitions and growth plans in the region. Across all our markets, we are experiencing a growing demand for our products and we are now even better equipped to meet the demand and more importantly better support our customers in North America.

Scott joins Weibel with an impressive career, most recently as Executive Director and General Manager in Collins Aerospace Mission Systems, a Raytheon Technologies business. He is a retired decorated U.S. Army Special Forces officer with multiple combat deployments during 21 years of service in the Special Operations community. With more than 30 years of senior roles within defense and aerospace, Scott has a deep understanding of the needs of the customers and the difference our market-leading radar systems are developed to make.

McGleish holds a master’s degree in national security and strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College along with additional master’s degrees in information technology management and business administration.
