Christian Cappeln joins Weibel as Vice President for Research & Development

Apart from his impressive engineering and innovation background, Christian has extensive experience with leadership, product development and process optimisation from growth companies like Weibel, and he joins us from a position as Global Director for Engineering at National Oilwell Varco.

Also, unlike most engineering companies, Weibel has insourced all development and production to the Danish headquarters, and I really believe that working so closely together and being able to feel and smell all the components results in very unique and high-quality products,” Christian says about the motivation behind taking on his new position.
