Peder R. Pedersen started in Weibel in 1983 while completing his MSc and PhD on digital Doppler radar technology. This is still an integrated part of Weibel’s radar portfolio. From 7 employees in a basement in 1983 to headquarter with in-house development and production, 175 employees and more than 4,500 radars delivered to customers around the globe 35 years later. During Peder´s time, Weibel has developed from a small start-up to a market leader in our niche, providing cutting-edge technology to NASA, US Defense and industry leaders such as Lockheed Martin and Kongsberg.

As a leader, Peder is detail-oriented with a strong focus on long-term goals. He has a pronounced winner mentality and appreciate no nonsense and straightforward communication. Peder tries to create an informal and un-bureaucratic organization driven by empowerment and trust.

Torben Dyhr is globally responsible for all Weibel’s customer facing activities including Sales, Marketing and Service.

Torben’s main objective is to ensure full customer satisfaction through all stages of the customer’s journey with Weibel.

Prior to joining Weibel, Torben has among others been Global Vice President Services and Aftermarket at Teledyne Marine; CEO of MatchWork World Wide; Vice President Large Accounts at TDC Business Solutions and Sales Director at Alcatel.

Christian Ditlev Cappeln is responsible for research and development activities within Weibel including project deliverables and day-to-day engineering. In addition to oversee the technical activities, Christian continuously improves and set the direction for the R&D organization including the people, processes and equipment needed for designing and manufacturing world-class radar systems.

Before joining Weibel Christian has among other been working as Global Engineering Director in the Offshore Oil & Gas sector.

Thomas Øiseth Munkholm is the successor to Weibel Scientific’s founder, Erik Tingleff Larsen. Thomas is, together with his sister Tina, one of the two owners of Weibel Scientific and son of the founder. He has been part of Weibel’s daily operations since 2013; first as CFO and later as COO and Head of Strategy. Thomas is now part of the Weibel Leadership Team as Vice President, Global Business Development.

Before joining Weibel, Thomas worked as Business Consultant for Telenor and as Researcher and journalist for Børsen.

Josefine Gundtoft

Josefine Gundtoft is overall responsible for all HR and people-oriented activities in Weibel. Her prime focus is to create value for the Line of Business and to ensure high quality HR deliverables at all levels in Weibel.

Prior to Josefine’s position in Weibel, she has held HR Manager positions in the financial sector.

Jens Andersen
CFO – Chief Financial Officer

Based on his financial background and extensive experience with business optimization, Jens Boëtius Andersen is playing a key role in fueling Weibel’s continued growth and make sure Weibel is financially fit.

Jens’ professional career began in 1997 and he spent 19 years with Deloitte working with Audit, Finance, M&A, Company Restructuring and Optimization Advisory to Nordic companies. Jens was working Internationally and Head of Restructuring Services Denmark at Deloitte, when he decided to pursue the CFO career path. Jens was CFO at Total Wind Group and Mobylife prior to joining Weibel.

Søren Andersen is responsible for developing and optimizing Weibel’s entire production and supply chain with the objective to secure a lean production at the technological forefront and serve the needs of our many partners and customers worldwide.

Søren has a long background in high-tech analytical solutions in the food, agricultural and medical industry from his time with, amongst others, B-K medical and FOSS. He joined Weibel from a position as VP for production and supply chain at Danfysik.
