Frode Scott Nilsen

Educational background: Master of Science, Chemical Engineering, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU)
As CEO, Frode Scott Nilsen ensures that Weibel Scientific continues to grow by strengthening the global presence in existing markets and gaining traction with the surveillance radar XENTA for defense and civilian applications.
Frode joins Weibel from a position as Senior Vice President in Glamox AS. Additionally, he has more than 20 years of experience from international positions in the oil and gas industry as the former CEO of Multi Phase Meters AS and FMC Separation Systems BV.
Torben Dyhr
Vice President, Sales Instrumentation

Educational background: M.Sc. in Computer Science; MBA Cranfield University
Torben Dyhr is responsible for Weibel’s global sales activities within the Instrumentation market.
Torben’s main objective is to ensure full customer satisfaction through all stages of the customer’s journey with Weibel.
Prior to joining Weibel, Torben has among others been Global Vice President Services and Aftermarket at Teledyne Marine; CEO of MatchWork World Wide; Vice President Large Accounts at TDC Business Solutions and Sales Director at Alcatel.
Robert Kleist
Vice President, Sales Surveillance

Educational background: Naval engineer specialized in RF technology, Engineering College of Copenhagen
Robert Kleist is responsible for Weibel’s global sales activities within the Surveillance market.
Robert joined Weibel in 2018 as Market Manager, Surveillance. In 2021 he changed to Head of Surveillance Systems, R&D before being appointed as VP Sales Surveillance in 2023.
Prior to joining Weibel, Robert has held positions at Kelvin Hughes as Director VTS/CSS Systems, and as Director Surveillance Business Asia. Furthermore, Robert has been working as CCO for Pro Television Technologies and as Director of Sales Asia for Terma.
Mads K. Madsen
Vice President, Technology

Educational background: M.Sc., Electrical Engineering, DTU
Mads K. Madsen is responsible for Weibel’s technology development and innovation. Mads has an extensive and thorough technical working experience, and prior to joining Weibel, he has been working as Senior Director at Oticon and Oticon Medical, as VP Platform Development at Widex, and as Director of Development (Smart Home IoT) for Schneider Electric, among others.
Josefine Gundtoft
Vice President, Human Resources

Educational background: Degree in HRM & Organizational Psychology; Master Person Analysis, OPTO, Master Danmark
Josefine Gundtoft is overall responsible for all HR and people-oriented activities in Weibel. Her prime focus is to create value for the Line of Business and to ensure high quality HR deliverables at all levels in Weibel.
Prior to Josefine’s position in Weibel, she has held HR Manager positions in the financial sector.
Jens Andersen
CFO – Chief Financial Officer

Educational background: M.Sc./Cand.merc., Auditing; State Authorised Public Accountant; Business degree, Columbia University.
Based on his financial background and extensive experience with business optimization, Jens Boëtius Andersen is playing a key role in fueling Weibel’s continued growth and make sure Weibel is financially fit.
Jens’ professional career began in 1997 and he spent 19 years with Deloitte working with Audit, Finance, M&A, Company Restructuring and Optimization Advisory to Nordic companies. Jens was working Internationally and Head of Restructuring Services Denmark at Deloitte, when he decided to pursue the CFO career path. Jens was CFO at Total Wind Group and Mobylife prior to joining Weibel.
Henrik Bo Petersen
Vice President, Projects & Aftermarket

Educational background: B.Sc. Engineering, Copenhagen University College of Engineering
Prior to joining Weibel, Henrik spent most of his career in GEA Process Engineering, being responsible for sales, execution, delivery and commissioning of various pharmaceutical, chemical and dairy process plants. He has held roles as development engineering, project engineering, project management, group management and division management. His last role in GEA was as SVP for GEA Process Engineering in Copenhagen where he held full P&L responsibility for the EMEA Dairy Projects Division.
Dorthe Finne
Vice President, Operations

Educational background: Master of Science, Management and production, DTU
As VP Operations, Dorthe has the full responsibility for the production of our radars, making sure we can deliver on a rapidly growing demand while securing the highest quality in every single delivery.
Dorthe has extensive experience with all aspects of the operational role from various management positions. Her latest role was Production Manager at Struers, the world’s leading supplier of solutions for metallographic analysis.
