Service agreement
You can choose between two types of service agreements, based on certain defined activities. Within each agreement, there is flexibility to adjust the specific offerings, depending on what you need. At the time of purchase, we will agree on a suitable level of maintenance for your system.
Our experienced radar specialists can provide a complete range of diagnostic and reporting services for your radar equipment. They will work with you to optimize preventive maintenance procedures, ensuring maximum system efficiency and avoiding unforeseen stoppages. Our inspections are based on proven audit processes and make use of advanced measuring techniques.
Standard or Comprehensive service
As an extension of the Standard Service Agreement described below, our Comprehensive Service Agreement includes an extended warranty on the system. This gives you a guaranteed maximum fixed price for system maintenance. Please note that this agreement is normally only available as an immediate extension to the guarantee period of the system supplied by Weibel.
Basic service agreement
In this annual service check-up, our experienced specialists will check and calibrate your radar system, carrying out any minor repairs and basic software upgrades.
We will advise you if any parts are in need of replacement, ensuring a continued smooth and uninterrupted operation. Alternatively, we can agree to supply certain spare parts when necessary.
Scheduling
We will schedule our visit at least six weeks in advance or at a pre-arranged date in order to facilitate your planning.
On-call assistance
When you need emergency or rapid assistance, we are ready to help. When you enter into a service contract with us, we commit to dispatch a capable service technician to anywhere in the world, within 48 hours, and we have service representatives standing by to assist you on our hotline, 24/7. And if you need a replacement part, our extensive network of local and regional partners around the world ensures that we can get it to you swiftly.
